There were a lot of leaves and overgrowth in the front and the backyard. The front was ok but with the back I was left with no grass.

By sticking to the commitments made to the customer. No body showed at the scheduled time, leaving me waiting for 3 hours and after that also no communication, nothing. At the very least, they need to be responsive to customers who is trying to reach them by all means, messages, calls, voicemails etc.
