- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this industry every home is different, every job, as well as our customers needs all change daily. What we do provide to each and every customer is the option to meet personally, go over all of their needs, and receive a written estimate for review. All quotes are provided free of charge and we will include a list of materials needed to complete a job. We take the burdon off the homeowner!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find a more personal approach helps to ensure our customers vision is realized. Generally we will send our contact information and offer our customers to meet in person and go over all of home needs while providing the best customer experience we can!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At the age of 17 I became a rough framer I started as a laborer working on jobsites, and learning the tricks of the trade. Through many years experience, over 16 years personally I've gained the experience and knowledge to complete almost any home improvement project no matter how small or large it may be.
