FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
as far as my pricing goes, it depends on the type of job it is. Some jobs I just give a flat rate, and some jobs I price for time and materials. For instance, hanging TV I would charge a flat rate which varies depending on the size of the TV and where it's going to be home. for painting multiple rooms in a house, I would measure square footage and estimate how long it would take me and estimate of how much materials would cost to come up with that price. I'm not trying to get rich on jobs at your expense. I make my prices as affordable as I can
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally with a new customer if they have a job that they would like me to estimate, they can either send me photos of what they need done or I can come to their home and look at the project myself. I will then come up with an estimate which I will email them. don't they have the option to approve the estimate or not approve the estimate. If they choose to approve the estimate we will then schedule a time for me to come and do their project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
most of my education is hands-on experience from learning from family members that have been in the trades for a long time. I wasn't electrician also and in the Navy so I did gain some technical experiences there also.most of my training is from my father and my grandfather. Together they have over a hundred years experience I can't ask for anything better than that
