What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is about gathering information learning about your business. We are looking to learn about you and how we can help you. The first meeting can be on the phone or online. We use GoToMeeting.com. At the end of the first meeting we schedule a second meeting at your convents present our proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are university educated and collectively have decades of work experience. Your project will be managed with by a dedicated
team that includes a project manager a project coordinator, a web designer/developer, and a QA professional.

All projects will receive a written proposal that explains the scope of the project and the cost. If approved we present you with our contract that is design to protect all parties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2006 I attended a technical school studying Web Development. After leaving school I founded Web Development Goals. Today, I work with clients in most English speaking countries.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in consulting with small and medium size businesses to develop websites and online marketing strategies that will engage their target market and establish their brand. This includes but is not limited too, automotive, healthcare, law firms, e-commerce clients, retail, restaurants.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We worked with a non-profit that organizes a broad-based coalition of community groups. There mission is to launch a wave of volunteerism for the many worth while programs and activities that are struggling with the issues that trouble their community. We built a website that included a online registration system that captured registrations fees, ordered t-shirts, event banners, registered volunteers, highlighted each event and provided a online map for more than 400 events all taking place in the same day. And, it was all automated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for reviews and look at pass projects. See if you connect with person running the job. How soon do they respond to questions or concerns. Do they provide a Turnover document when the project is finished. Do they provide a free design maintenance program for 90 days after the project has been delivered.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Get a idea of what you are trying to accomplish.
