FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I familiarize myself with my clients and understand what it is like being on the receiving end of an estimate for work to be performed. I am not in business to take advantage of people and try to get over on them. My prices are extremely competitive and 9/10 times I am always selected over the completion. I Price to gain a client for life not a single job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive to your home or office I am there to serve you and deliver on exactly what you and I establish when evaluating what services need to be complete. I want all of the customers I interact with to feel safe and secure as I am in there space completing a job. I understand what it feels like having somebody in my home or office I have never met before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years doing residential electric work on new and existing construction. I started as an apprentice electrician in 2004 and continued moving forward ever since. Electricity is not something to mess around with as I take my profession and the work involved very serious.
