- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has a unique business challenge/opportunity. As a result, we typically provide custom pricing to ensure we meet the needs of our clients and satisfy each requirement identified during initial discussions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin an engagement with an introductory meeting, so that we can get to know you and you can get to know us. We need to get a good understanding of your business and your goals to determine if we are a good fit to meet your objectives. At this meeting we typically provide a high level overview of the digital landscape in your industry to get a basic overview of the marketing opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of professionals and industry experts have years of marketing experience. Combined have worked for large brands such as Ford, Lincoln, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mazda, Ally Bank, Infiniti USA, etc. We also have experience working with smaller companies, such as VOLT Lighting, Seismic Audio, Alligator Performance, Bike Bling, etc. Our diverse experience allow us to meet the needs of various types of clients, from small businesses to large corporations.
