- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. On Septic Pumping the price is set and can be easily quoted. You can also visit our website at tucsonsepticpumping.com to see our standard rates in the Tucson area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer or return the call in a timely manner. All calls are answered by people not machines, voice mail or answering services. From that point we will decide what service our customer is requesting and provide a quote at that time. If the job is more complicated and a bid cannot be quoted over the phone, we will make a time to meet with our prospective customer at the job site and go over what would be involved in completing the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed for Commercial and Residential Septic Systems by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Certified by the National Association of Wastewater Technicians. Licensed by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality as a Septic Wastehauler. A+ member of the Better Business Bureau.
