- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You prefer a price that never changes, a set amount to avoid surprises. I give you an estimated price you can accept or deny for your project and you never have to worry about undisclosed charges on your invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I take you on a date so we can get to know each other. If we are a good fit, we fill out a questionnaire so I can better understand your brand. Your project is divided in milestones as a payment plan, which allows you time to pay and an opportunity to revise to make sure my service satisfies you to the full degree, never leaving questions unanswered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in multimedia design and hire various business coaches so you don't have to. You don't need to worry about having a copy-writing coach, a blogging coach, a social media coach because I am a one-stop-shop. You can focus on selling your business while I focus on branding and marketing it.
