We hired Jairo to tile our new expanded master bathroom. He and Luis poured a new shower floor where there once was a tub, tiled the new shower to the ceiling and laid a beautiful marble mosaic floor throughout the entire space. Exceptional workmanship. Accommodating to small problems and changes. Very reasonably priced. And a nice guy to boot! We’ll definitely be using him for the guest bathroom remodel. Thanks Jairo!

I highly recommend this company! I am remodeling my kitchen and my Tile Setter never came back to finish the job. I was stranded and couldn't proceed with the installation of my Dishwasher Fridge or Oven. I called J&M on Super Bowl SUNDAY, they answered and had a crew at my mouse on MONDAY at 7:45. They did meticulous work, cleaned up after their work was done and charged me an EXCELLENT price. I will definitely call Jairo again! Greg Redding, Tucson,Az.

Great job for Jairo and his team for our house project. Jairo installed our floor tile and removed the carpet in the dining and living area. Also, Jairo did an awesome job installing our backsplash as well. Jairo and his team took out laminated countertops in the kitchen, kitchen island, and laminated countertops in two bathrooms. Then, they replaced it with a stone that we personally picked from the store. We also have them replaced with a new sink and faucet. It was professionally done. Take note, the price was good/justifiable and so he gets so busy and at times you need to follow up to finish the project. You can trust this guy to do the job but may need your patience and understanding if he won’t commit with the set date right away but eventually, he’ll squeeze you in with his busy schedule. Thank you so much for making the house so elegant.

Jairo has the patience of a saint! I began wanting the shower floor changed. They used pebble tile that was bumpy & I could not stand on the floor. I used a teak wooden mat & when I turned it would tip. I was waiting to fall. Jairo came out, looked at the shower, gave me a quote & we scheduled the job…PERFECT!! Then I look at the shampoo niche & it dawns on me it isn’t going to match. So I text Jairo & explain what I want & specify I understand the quote will change & he said of course, not a problem with the change. Great…I’m just waiting until installation day. Then I look at the vanity & they had also used the pebble rocks as a backsplash. DUH…I hated to text Jairo & make another change…but I did. He appreciated the heads up & was so accommodating to all my changes. So I’m really happy & he has not even started the job yet! Installation day come & everything is moving along. He was very thoughtful of me & my friend (we were playing cards or sitting outside). I am a senior citizen & Jairo was very respectful & just a really nice young man. Now onto the finished job. I am very pleased with the outcome, I can stand on the new tile floor with no pain. It looks so nice (it is curing now… I think that is the term he used). I have to wait a few days before I can use. But I am very excited to have a functional bathroom. He also cleaned all the construction stuff up. Thank you Jairo!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on the materials you have and the design you want I base my price on that. I know am not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me thru thumbtack, we set up a day and time to meet and go over the project and what they want done and their budget. I sent them the quote and if they hire me I let them know the day I can start and how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience with tile and stone.
