Introduction: Hello. I offer 30, 45 and 60 minute Reiki sessions. As well, as private yoga lessons for individuals and groups for 40, 60 and 90 minutes. Combos are offered. I bring peace, consciousness, creativity and a holistic approach to my practice. I work with the chakras, mudras and affirmations.
I love creating and holding a space for healing and facilitating awakening in my clients. Everyone deserves to feel healthy, peaceful and grounded.
Reiki is a hands on healing modality. The word Reiki is composed of two words. REI which means UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE and KI which means ENERGY. KI is the same as CHI or PRANA. It originated in Japan in the early 1900's. Reiki can also be described as a spiritual healing art or spiritual consciousness. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction. It enables one to connect with their own healing energy and increases your supply of life force energy. Reiki is holistic bringing your physical, mental and spiritual into balance. When we relax we have mental and emotional clarity, spiritual awareness, decreased anxiety and an over sense of well being. This works on a cellular level benefiting our whole system.
