Gideon designed and drew an extension to add an additional room at the back of our house. It was a tricky addition as it had to fit in a tight space between our house and our swimming pool. Gideon did a great job designing an addition that gave us the most room possible in the space available. We were very impressed with his attention to detail especially when it came to talking to the city and getting them to agree to how we could use the space around the pool. When we were getting quotes for the addition it was clear that, although the builders were confident they knew all the rules and regulations, Gideon’s homework on how and where we could build near the pool was much more accurate. Going into the process we were very confident that we knew exactly what we wanted, but Gideon improved the final design significantly by not just designing and drawing what we thought we wanted, but also giving us options for what was feasible that we could not have imagined on our own. Gideon was extremely pleasant to work with and was great at keeping us in the loop as he was working on his designs. We would definitely work with him again.

Gideon was a huge help when I converted a single family into a duplex. He designed a number of creative layouts for me to choose from, and introduced me to a reasonably priced contractor. I'm very pleased with the final result and would recommend Gideon to anyone.

Architecture evolves out of the site conditions as each site is unique. We believe in the integral relationship between site and structure and that sustainable design begins with the orientation of the building on the site. The site includes all factors that have a direct impact on the project. We analyze the topography, surrounding neighborhoods, city codes, client desires, sun angles and wind directions to create spatial experiences that allow people to connect with their environment. We work closely with clients to develop their visions and provide the following professional services: Phase I: Field Measurement and Documentation of Existing Conditions Phase II: Schematic Design Phase III: Design Development Phase IV: Construction Documents Phase V: Bid Process/Contractor Selection Phase VI: Construction Administration
