- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Web Design: When we begin designing your site, we would then go over the process of theming, licensing, and logistics of managing your eCommerce store while incorporating your brand’s design. We maintain constant communication during development. We’ll of course be upfront with the monthly costs required to run on the servers and email, and other optional flat fees for theme licensing and plug-ins to third-parties. We use WordPress as your WCMS (web content management system) which is a user friendly interface to author and manage your website. We firmly believe our product should allow our customers the option to update and maintain it themselves. We will personally show you the basics on how to maintain your site, update your plugins when necessary, and create new pages. Or, if you prefer, we can continue to handle these tasks for a low monthly maintenance fee. We will, of course, always be available to help with simple technical support questions, regardless. Graphic Design We offer our clients the option of having several versions of their logos for different purposes; an emblem/combination mark, a lettermark/wordmark, and/or a symbol/Icon: We also do alterations and modernization to your company’s current logos, and all of our designs come in a complete package of of files for printing (color, b&w, and greyscale) and web, in a variety of sizes and standard formats. With these, we can create the layouts for the print media; business cards, stationery, brochures, and possibly other various marketing tools that you your business needs. Copy Writing: The information relayed through the written copy is equally important as the design, and we understand that many of our clients aren’t full time bloggers, and may not have the time to write the content for their site. We have experienced writers on staff ready to produce and edit your copy. We focus on getting to know you and your business until you’re confident that we can be the spokespeople of your business. We pride ourselves on being meticulous when achieving the appropriate tone and choosing the right words to convey the message you want to deliver.
