- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5" gutter sales for $3.50 a linear foot . 6" gutter sales for $6.00 a linear foot . 2X3 downspouts $2.50 a linear foot 3X4 downspouts $3.50 a linear foot we also do copper gutter, modern round downspouts, half round gutter and Commercial guttering too
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls us for a bid they can expect us to set up an appointment in a timely manner. Our salesman will arrive on time and prepared to show and explain our products and how they work. We can have your quote that day and schedule the installation day and time usually within a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have several years in the gutter business. They have all been trained to do every job the same way, so no matter which crew come out you know your getting the job done RIGHT.
