Introduction: By day I'm a Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas. I have worked with many age groups through Junior Achievement through my employer Matrix Service Company. I have volunteered with Junior Achievement for the last 5 years and mentored hundreds of kids from the 2nd to 8th grade about entrepreneurship and bridging the gap between "formal" education and real life skills that employers need. I have taken most standardized test ranging from elementary end of courses all the way to the graduate records exam. Scoring very respectable on it and was accepted into grad. school with a full ride and stipend. I have been through many strenuous hours of open-ended and multiple choice style questions and have a strong mind for problem-solving. The best thing about me is I can always think of an interesting example to help people see problems from another aspect. I enjoy seeing the light bulb go off when someone finally has grasped or mastered a subject.
