About this pro
Couldn’t say enough good things about Brad and his company Eagle Eye. Brad comes from a military background and that combined with the civil engineer expertise. Makes for meticulous work and helluva work ethic. He hadn’t even been to our home, yet had 3D sketches from satellite images drawn to size. Estimates within a day. He built us an amazing deck. Had great time getting to know him and love the deck. Highly recommend. Photos are after main deck completion. He finished the rails later and cleaned everything up. It’s perfect.Jun 25, 2018VerifiedBrad B.'s reply

Brad from Eagle Eye Construction is great. He surveyed my project, and gave me several different options on how he could go. He worked with me to find the best, and most affordable solution. They showed up the day he promised, and on time, and the finished product was great. They were both very professional, and when they were done they did a great job of cleaning up. The next time I need to have work done I will definitely be using Eagle Eye.Feb 26, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing is incredibly difficult in custom construction because usually no two jobs are identical. It all comes down to the material cost and and time required to install which is often dictated by site conditions and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to arrange a time convenient for the client where we can spend 15-30 minutes reviewing the project site, scope of work, and the client's overall intent for the construction. If there are ways to save money or easily add-on to the project at minimal cost, I like to be able to convey that at the time so the client understand that there are options available. After reviewing the job, I typically have a signed proposal dropped off or emailed within a day or two. Once the proposal has been accepted, I work with the client to find the best day(s) and times to complete the job. A final walkthrough with the client ensures that they have the opportunity to ask questions and review the work before final payment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering + 10 years construction experience
