- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are priced by quarter truck load. For every quarter truck load the cost is 185 and that includes taxes and disposal fees. A quarter of a truck load is 2 dumpster bins worth of items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For us to give an accurate estimate we like to know exactly what needs to be removed. We do this by an on-site estimate and pictures by email or text.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business to be able to give back to our community. We donate 85% percent of what we haul. We work with charities that are in need of clothes, furniture, and kid related items.
