Phil was very knowledgeable about the problem with my refrigerator, came out promptly, took everything apart, diagnosed the problem, and told me that a repair would only be a bandaid. I really appreciated his honesty, as did not try to sell me parts that would only temporarily fix the problem. He cleaned up the area, and only charged me the $40 as he only did a diagnostic. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I TYPICALLY ASK FOR THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER ALONG WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. HAVING THE PART(S) REQUIRED AND FIXING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME IS MY GOAL.
