I contacted thumtack early sunday morning. Phil was of the respondents from my query. I got a hold of him around mid day. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable on refridgerator repair. He used to work for sears but is on his own now. I was scheduled for service on monday afternoon. But since he was nearby he responded to the call at 6:30p that same day. Needless to say he was able to diagnose my issue (ice maker tray was cracked), and installed a replacement in about 45 mins. Exteremly happy with his response and service. Phil was great! I had a problem with my LG fridge and even over the phone he was very precise and encouraged me to check around with other repair people. Further, he was so familiar with the issue he diagnosed it over the phone. In addition, when he came to verify he discovered I was still under warranty and didn't charge me a penny for his visit. If I ever have an issue not under warranty, I am calling Phil! I wish he did more than refrigerators. I would love to use him for my dishwasher.Aug 26, 2018Verified
