- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are competitive but I don't pretend to be the cheapest around due to the fact we warrant our workmanship fully on all complete installs and replacements be it Roofing, Siding, Windows, Patio's and Carports or Room Additions even selective HandyMan Installed Services are warranted longer and better with a major insurance company financially equipped to back such a comprehensive warranty with a full service coverage. SECOND TO NONE THE BEST
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I spend more time listening and paying attention to my surroundings defending upon the trade. I like to learn as much as possible up front and center by asking quantifying qurstions. If they're gabby I'll simply direct with body language and a single word or 2-3 liners. once they're flowing I'll listen intently for specific descriptive words of color, design, organic, product name brands, money lost or gained and for HOT HOT BUTTONS. Because once the roll with it its show and tell time, when they stop I've plenty time for discussion and further fact finding LBA
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certificates of accreditation from 6 regional manufacturers as well as A+ Rating from BBB and credited with welcoming open arms from Angies List for 3 yrs into we canceled business relationship as it was too fucking expensive to support the slow stream of leads provided by them. It was a misunderstanding between DECRA & MYSELF... We swiftly made amends and proceeded to knock out new installs or replacing shingles, standing seam installs with DECRA STONE COATED METAL ROOFING... TO MUCH FUN, TO BE ALLOWED Thank You, LBA
