- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no "standard" pricing, as all properties and situations are different. However, we do have a minimum monthly fee of $75, with the average fee being 6-6.5% of the monthly rent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first start working with a client the first thing I like to do is assess exactly what it is that they are looking for. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to my service, and the owner is able to determine how much, or how little they want to be involved with their property. Then comes the assessment of the property. I will do an evaluation of the market and help determine what would be the most appropriate rent to charge in order to maximize profitability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning as education is a passion of mine. I currently hold the PMC (Property Management Certification) designation from the California Association of Realtors, as well as the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the Community Associations Institute.
