- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I provide affordable, flat-rate pricing for legal document preparation in contrast to costly hourly fees charged by attorneys. Courier or court filing fees are not included in the document preparation price. If a courier is necessary, that fee is quoted separately. Court filing fees are paid directly to the court. In some emergency cases, payment arrangement requests may be considered. Affordable service packages and hourly rates are provided for Administrative Assistant projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I conduct a telephone consultation to get a clear understanding of the client's needs, goals and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I earned my Masters of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and my Bachelor of Science is in Business Management. I also have a certificate in Paralegal studies. I type 75 wpm and am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc) as well as Clio.
