- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to a customers home or where they need a fence, take notes about what the needs are of the customer, then generally go back to the office, make up an estimate and send it to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder, John Norwood & my father, had had his California State lic. #278116 since 1972 with no complaints. He has also been hired on many occasion by the State of California as an Industry Expert in his field of fencing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the fence business.
