I needed architectural plans/drawings for my basement for an eventual renovation/refinishing in the near future. Rosa was able to provide them in a timely fashion and at a more than reasonable price. The drawings showcase the space in different scenarios depending on how the basement was to be used. Rosa was also able to pitch in some ideas for the space which I will definitely consider when I'm actually ready to begin work.
