- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most all of our clients hire us on a contingency fee basis. This means that our clients do not pay us any money unless and until we secure a recovery on their behalf. Our typical retainer fee is 33 1/3% of the ultimate recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we bring a new client in for a free consultation, we know many of our clients are nervous even being in our office--most have never had to hire an attorney before. Our years of experience help to alleviate these concerns in just a few moments. We are usually able to answer our clients' questions and formulate a plan for moving their claim forward in the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated cum laude fro Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008 where I participated as a member of the school's National Trial Team. After graduation, I took both the Washington State Bar exam and the Oregon State Bar exam that summer. I passed both and was admitted to the bars of both states. I have since been admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington and Oregon as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
