- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes the travel time, equipment maintenance and oil/lotion coverage. Often I'm running specials and can drop down the price a little bit, but you have to ask me after I set my quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give you a questionnaire to fill out prior to the visit. I read over the paperwork which will help me to pre-plan my massage. The information is completely confidential and is just between you and I. Keeping track of health updates is important, especially if we're meeting more than once. After you receive the massage, we go with the payment and you'll have an amazing day :)
