My technician was Matt. I rescheduled on him 2 different times do to some unexpected obligations not knowing he had driven over 2 hours to get here. Needless to say I finally got some time to make it work he showed up on time and very charismatic! My alarm lingo is very poor but he took the time to explain in depth on what he took care of for both my husband and I and we couldn’t be more pleased with Matt and our service with Protec Secruity Solutions.

A team member provides a free in home consultation. He leaves an estimate with the customer. If the customer wishes to move forward, we schedule an installation when it’s convenient for the customer.
