Scott was the only contractor that brought samples with him, out of all the contractors that came over to give an estimate. This attention to detail went along way with me. The deck turned out better than anything I could have expected.
The Powerhouse Construction team is very knowledgable and their work is second to none. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer understands what needs to be done and they don't try to oversell you on things that aren't necessary. It's refreshing working with an honest construction company that won't sacrifice their integrity for an extra buck.
Although Powerhouse operates mostly in Oxnard and the surrounding areas, I appreciated the fact that they were willing to come down to Los Angeles for this project. I unequivocally recommend Powerhouse Construction to anyone looking for an amazing contractor in Southern California. You will not be disappointed!

Powerhouse sent George to give me a quote for a cement pad for my back yard. He was on time and Pwerhouse sent the quote for me to review. George came by and was professional, quick, and cleaned up the yard after removed the grass. He set up the whole project so it was ready for the cement pour the next day. They showed up and completed the job and it looks great! Thanks Powerhouse and especially George!
