- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can view all of our pricing at CateringVeroBeach.com We are one of the few caterers to present all of our pricing up front and easy to understand. Our packages start at $25 per head for a typical wedding buffet, but there are so many variants to quotes that it usually best to sit down for a quick meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set a new client's mind at ease by asking them to describe the ideal experience. No detail is overlooked, everything from food and beverage to the look and feel of the event. I work with a low pressure, comfortable attitude and really listen to what my client is saying. I want them to know that they have nothing to worry about when it concerns the Catering aspect of their wedding, retirement party, community get-together, or any other special event. We usually go over some of their favorite meals. Then we collaborate on a menu together. After a clear understanding of the client's expectations are set, they are given a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the restaurant business for well over twenty years. Having worked Front of the House, Back of the House, Prep, Bartending, Flair Bar, Bar Manager, and Fine Dining, I have a clear understanding of every aspect of the business. I have owned my own business for the past five years, which in and of itself has been a wealth of knowledge and training.
