FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with every client to create a realistic plan for the project and the financial side of that is an important one. On larger projects I take the budget and try to get a client the most bang for their buck. I understand the need for small to medium size businesses to get the most value from their advertising and creative budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I like to have a short meeting usually via phone conversation to gauge the needs and expectations of the client. That time helps to create a working relationship with the individual to make sure we are on the same page, and to ensure what the expectations are on both sides. Good communication from the start usually makes the process a more comfortable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for Graphic Design and Visual Communications, and worked in retail print while doing website related business freelance on the side. That experience has given me an insight on how to better help clients in getting cohesive experience among their printed and online media.
