- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done by square footage with specials to clean three or more rooms. This includes standard carpet cleaning, dry cleaning, and tile and grout (square footage only). Upholstery is cleaned based on a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make contact with the customer prior to showing up at their home. A few questions are asked about stains and customer preferences. I typically try to arrive a few minutes earlier than the stated appointment time to set up. We always wear shoe covers as to protect the customers carpet. While providing our service, we move light furniture, vacuuming, spotting, preconditioning, and deep cleaning. When we finish cleaning we inspect all work to ensure customer satisfaction and leave them with a gift card for their next carpet cleaning.

We pride ourselves on continuing education through instructional videos and peer collaboration.
