I recently retired & as I always have, I did my taxes myself. I had a very large tax amount due & was quite stressed about it. Susan was able to meet with me within a business day of me contacting her. She did her best to help me lower my taxes & gave me great advice to help for next year so I won't be faced with the same scenario. She was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, & most importantly helped to eliminate my stress by setting up a payment plan for the IRS. I'm truly grateful for her help & expertise & will definitely turn to her to do my taxes in the future, it's definitely worth it to eliminate the hassle!

Susan explained everything in detail, got the returns completed in time and kept to the initial cost estimate. All in all everything just went through smooth and to satisfaction. I will certainly be asking Susan if she can assist in my tax filing again next year.
