- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a small $49.00 fee for a repair call. But you will know what the total repair will cost before we begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer request we will respond within 15 minutes during business hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Nate certified and Factory Authorised. This means we are trained by the manufacture to work on or install you equipment.
