- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate depending on the type of service requested. Retainer contracts are available for 3, 6, and 12 months at a 40% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultations are available free of charge. Appointment times are flexible and internet/phone meetings are an option as well as in person appointments at a setting comfortable for my potential client. Consultations consists of a meet and greet where I learn all about the client's business and they learn about my services to decide if my company is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. I have spent the last 10 years in the financial industry and I worked closely with decorated District Managers and Regional Managers. I worked my way up to Branch Manager and gained experience in marketing, operational structure, and the ins and outs of managing and running a business.
