Introduction: I've been in business for over 10 years and I get the pleasure of making everyone of my customers happy from concept to completion. I've got over 12 different patterns to do any stamp concrete patio imaginable. I can takeout and replace most driveways within 24 hours. After I excavate the proposed area I put down 2 inches of crushed rock sub base and compact it with a plate compactor which is not what most contractors do. I also use a the highest grade residential concrete, an all Portland low water 4000 psi concrete which has been proven in this area to last longer than other cheaper mixes that use a lot of fillers that weaken the concrete. I contracted Experience Concrete Design LLC to replace an apron and 40X24 driveway in the front of my house and lay a new apron and 30X24 driveway in the back of my house. Bottom line up front, we are very satisfied with the work performed by this company.
I received a total of four estimates for this work. Justin responded for Experience Concrete to provide an estimate for the work. I had quite a few questions because I was going to have a tree taken down that was on the edge of the area where the new driveway would be placed. I was concerned that the roots may continue to decay under the newly laid concrete and cause problems. I was very pleased with the responses that Justin gave to my questions. I felt that he was honest in his responses, sincere in his desire to present a total picture of the work to us, and that the quote was fair. For these reasons, we chose Experience Concrete although they were not the lowest quote.
After we had the tree removed, Justin scheduled our work to begin. His crew showed up as scheduled. All work went smoothly with removing the old concrete in the front of the property. However, when the crew began preparing the surface for the new driveway, we discovered that the contractor who removed the tree did not grind the roots as requested. We were in jeopardy of having our work delayed while we attempted to contact the company to come back and work on the roots. However, Justin assisted us in locating a contractor who came in and ground the roots down the next morning so that we had minimal delay.
The day that the concrete was poured, Justin had his entire crew working. Everything went smoothly and both driveways were down that day. When we called the right of way inspector, both aprons passed inspection.

Justine and his crew replaced an old single car driveway with a two car driveway and added a walk. We wanted a stamped concrete driveway and walk and they delivered! People walking by regularly comment on the how much they like our driveway and walk.
