- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Building a long-lasting rapport with all my clients is very important to me and Wunderhaus. With that said, I offer special discounts and benefits to all my returning clients. Discounts and benefits include: All programs may be used together once each requirement is met. • Deadline Insurance Program: Deduct 10% - 20% of a clients balance for each day a project is delayed. Percentage amount is based on the amount of a project. • Rapport Discount Program: When you place a second order, you will automatically receive a 20% discount off the full price of your project. • No Down Payment Program: Returning clients with (3) or more orders have the privilege of placing new orders $500 or less without any money down to start. • Value Added Service: This service is very popular with my returning clients. Returning clients with (4) or more orders receive a free design service for one bzcard, flyer, or social media design to promote your project. New Clients: All projects $0 - $200 must be paid in full before work can begin. All projects $500 - above requires 50% down to start. Returning Clients: Please refer to "Discounts and Benefits"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple. First, we finalize the accepted quote and set deadlines or milestones. Second, customers make payment. Make full or 50% down payment of the agreed amount and/or installments. Then, the work begins on the project. A first draft is emailed for approval or changes once complete. Once approved, the client makes the final payment. Finally, all final files will be formatted and emailed to the client within 30min of final payment.
