- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are subject to change , it is required to physically visualize the house, to establish a specific rate. There are rates for first time customers and frequent customers. The discounts that are weekly, every two weeks or monthly , apply after the first visit. The prices due include supplies, in the case that the customers provides their own cleaning supplies please specify.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I show up to the customers home , I like to do a walk thru of the home . Ask the costumer what they would like me to focus on ? . And go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very detail oriented and love to leave a happy customer at the end of the day. Clean home Happy Customer!
