- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers usually call/email with specific inquiries so it depends on their needs. New business owners usually need QuickBooks setup, training, and/or ongoing maintenance. Existing business owners sometimes need a QuickBooks cleanup, training, and/or ongoing maintenance. Regardless, do my best to determine the needs of the customer and create a plan that will best fit their needs.
