Since taking lessons with Elaine, we have seen a great increase in both my daughter's skills and confidence in playing both the flute and piccolo. We had spent years at our local music shop and were recommended to Elaine by a local band teacher. Elaine is flexible and patient with her students. Her years of experience not only playing flute, alto flute and piccolo, but also teaching students how to play, are evident when you see and listen to your child perform after working with Elaine. I would not hesitate to recommend Elaine as an instructor or an entertainer at one of your events.

I have been studying with Elaine since I was just about 7 years old. Now, 20 years later, I am still learning from her. Every lesson provides new insight into musicianship. Even after a brief hiatus from playing the flute, Elaine helped me pick it back up and fall in love again with learning new pieces. The pieces I'm studying are fun, but also provide a nice challenge. I so value my "Music Monday's."
