Tom was so helpful in our remodel. He was responsive and aware of meeting our expectations. He took time to understand what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the final product before it went to printing. His plans sailed through the City planning department permit process. The plans were easy for the contractor and designer to read and bring to fruition. He was very responsive when we had questions as the remodel progressed. Our final product is beautiful.

We came to Tom to draw a master suite addition. He was very responsive to what we wanted and kept us within our budget. There were many aspects of our design that Tom's expertise was extremely helpful, things we did not think about. Also the permit process is very long and Tom has been with us the whole way.
