- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several photo booth packages for different budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We help the customer decide if a 2-Hour, 3-Hour or 4-Hour is right for their event. Then we help them customize the background, either with 'well wishes', newlyweds's name, company slogan and or monogram. We also help with sharing those photos with social media and their guests' email account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All attendants receive 10 hours of photography basic instruction and 20 hours on photo booth operations, maintenance and support.
