- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our color consultations. We charge a minimum of $110.00 per hour for color consultations. Other design consultations are priced based on the scope and size of the desired work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an initial consultation to determine whether we are a great fit for the customer. We determine their likes and dislikes, budget and overall scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have credentialed designers and certified color specialists who combined have worked in the industry over 30 years.
