Introduction: I am physically based in the Washington, DC metro area. I have a background with over 10 years of experience in management, call center data analysis and reporting, business strategy and consulting, administrative work, and over 15 years of experience in customer service and customer satisfaction. Jasminn has assisted us with two social media campaigns... Once for promoting the book of a Congressman and once for a Statewide parking app launch. Both were very successful. She has provided us with virtual executive assistant services as well from arranging meetings, travel, maintaining a schedule, to creating documents sometimes in the 11th hour. She is even helping to manage some of our properties. What we appreciate most is her hard work and tremendous flexibility in getting the job done. She often goes above and beyond our expectations! I would prefer to know the budget for the project and then the client and I can determine what I am to provide the client within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the client's goals for the project. What do they ultimately want to accomplish? We can then develop the strategy or steps to get there. I love to provide feedback and suggestions on what has worked well for me in the past.
