Our Condominium was placed under "fire watch" by the DC Fire & EMS Department. The Board of Directors were given 4 hours to engage 2 unarmed security officers trained in fire watch to secure our building until security monitoring was reestablished. After speaking with several security companies who lacked the training or couldn't provide service immediately, USYTA was chosen. Mr Freeman offered a no charge Assessment of the building. He was professional, knowledgeable of DC Fire Protection guidelines and agreed to take the job. The quote was reasonable compared to others and the officers were retired military veterans and police officers. At no time frame was there a lack in the 24 hr protection mandated by the fire department. Communication with the Board contact was essential during this period and very effective by the officers.
