We help our customers look good and get found online. We specialize in ecommerce (Shopify), Wordpress development, and web application development.
We also help our customers with their overarching marketing strategy on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and search engines (Google Adwords).
I love to help create something from nothing. I started Coldsmoke, a web development agency, to capitalize on my experience managing product and marketing to help new & existing businesses alike work fast and efficiently to create modern technology platforms.
I have spent the past 4 years scaling a financial services organization from five employees to over 100, zero customers sending $0 to thousands of customers sending over $1 billion annually. I pride myself on being dedicated to building relationships and working cross-organizationally to execute efficiently and create customer focused experiences.

Coldsmoke is great to work with. Mark takes his time to really understand what I want and how to make it work for the sinternet. He did a great job designing my Wordpress site. He even tooks some time to show me how to do some things on my own… but I always come back to him to do the big stuff. It’s great working with someone who is patient and has attention to details.

Needing to upload over 300 tuner parts to a store didn’t seem very fun. I didn’t know what store would work. Mark recommended shopify – I hadn’t heard of it so I was nervous. But it seemed good so I had him start the build. The more I researched the more I realized that he recommended the right thing for me.

We setup a meeting from my Thumbtack request. Coldsmoke Creative was quick to reply and even quicker to setup a meeting. I met with Mark and he was organized and really helped me understand what would go into my Shopify build. I needed a smaller site to sell some of my handmade wooden vases and bowls and he helped me understand what would work best for my needs. That’s some good customer service. I can’t wait to see the finished product – the mockups were amazing.

I have a fairly large wordpress site where I talk about, review and sell gun accessories. But the selling part of it wasn’t going so well. I was using a stack of different plugins that constantly needed updating and tweaking. I like guns and blogging. I don’t like building online stores. I found Coldsmoke and he was able to setup a light version of Shopify that I embed into pages on my site. It works great and is really easy to manage – that’s just what I wanted. Thanks guys!
