I was disappointed in the responsiveness of this team. We had a confirmed appointment to have a phone conversation to discuss my event. At the last minute I received a message to say they had to take an “impromptu” call and couldn’t speak to me. Despite me reaching out to them again, I never received a reply. Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. I notified you at 11:57 I was wrapping up an impromptu call (regarding a family emergency), and could call you at 12:15 instead of our previously scheduled time of 12PM, I initially referred to this as an "impromptu call", because I felt it would be "unprofessional" to share a personal matter with a client. I notified you and requested to still conduct the call. Your reply was, "my scheduled call should have been a priority over an impromptu call". I then elaborated on the situation and you changed your tone. Your hostile response to a simple request was a red flag for me; making me feel that you would not be a pleasant client to work with. I notified you that I was no longer interested in working together- which I have the right to do- and wished you luck with finding a service provider. You then called me and text me. This review from a thumbtack lead, in no way reflects the reviews below from my actual/repeat clients. Also, in the future its best to try to secure a service provider prior to two days from the event. Again, thank you for your feedback; enjoy the rest of your week!
Jazmyne was amazing! She came well prepared with all the tools and garnishes needed, picked up a list of items we requested for some specialty cocktails, and made our overall evening 100% more fun! Her eagerness to help us make sure everything was set prior to the event was much appreciated.
