Introduction: On April 09 2014 I started my dream business JR GENERAL CONTRACTORS LLC providing the fallowing services, Kitchen Remodeling , Bathroom Remodeling, Basement Remodeling, Home Addition, Whole house Remodeling, Porch, Decks, Patios, Flooring, Concrete, Masonry, Interior and Exterior painting to Washington DC and Maryland residents. On January 01, 2022, I changed the business from JR GENERAL CONTRACTORS LLC to BOANERG LLC. The reason to change the business name is because I need to expand my business services to Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

I was very pleased with the quality of work done. The work was professional and skillful and done on schedule. Type of work done was painting, installing bathroom tile and lightings. Will be using them again soon.

Josue did three jobs for me when I bought a fixer upper: to replace the main water pipe to the house, to replace the electrical panel, and to create a concrete pad for an AC unit. All were done quickly and for a good price. I would recommend these guys.

Josue was very punctual in providing me with an estimate for a commercial job. He was in time, answered all of my questions and was very communicative. He was pleasant and nice and if it works out, I’d love to work with him and would recommend him for others.

We have not yet contracted JR General Contractors, but contacted them for developing a quotation for us. Very timely response. Professional engagement. However, have not seen quotation, so have no guidance yet on value that the firm offers..
