- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can be discussed and may increase or decrease based on the amount of people to be served, distance traveling, hours needed, and staffing initiatives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can message, phone, or meet in person (which ever is preferred or more convenient for the customer) and discuss what will be needed and expected for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for many years and have had the opportunity to wear an array of hats which allow me to be knowledgable of multiple aspects pertaining to customer service and tending the bar. I have worked in establishments that have taught me about the different spirits, wines, and beers.
