- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very affordable and is dependent on what the customer needs. The more detailed requests, require more time and will be more expensive. I'm willing to work with my customers to charge a rate that it affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a relationship over email, phone, or in person to discuss what you need and are looking for. Once we determine your needs we can go over pricing and timelines. I also like to share sketches and examples of my thought process to make sure they line up with your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught baker and have no professional training.
