- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer will have an opportunity to discuss the actual service that they are inquiring on. Then a brief walk-thru and consultation will be scheduled. After this a price, date and payment method will be established. Once the logistics are established, the customer is now, a part of the Jackpot family. You can kick your feet up, and worry less about the maintenance of your facility. Each client is provided with their own Account Specialist from Jackpot Janitorial who oversee your project and inspect the quality of our service throughout the complete duration of us working with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in Floor Care Techniques, we are certified in OSHA general cleaning practices, blood borne pathogens and building/facility maintenance.
