- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to meet the customer and arrive on time. We find out what is needed. We then go over options and material choices. an email is sent with a quote attached. When we are chosen for the job an email is sent with a contract that has all the terms and a start date and completion date. The job is scheduled and we arrive on time and complete the job in a professional manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years experience working in home improvement and contracting. We have Lead safe painting training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Craig Brunet painted his first house when he was 16 years old. It took 20 gallons of Sears Concho Red and all summer long. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.
