- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all of our quotes based on the clients needs and wants. We design all are contracts around the client. we will beat any rate provided by 5% off we offer all types of discounts such as Military, public safety, non profit and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know as much information as possible going into a new account 1st we like to have a 15min phone call with the client to discuss to job requested and find out there needs and wants 2nd we will discuss with the team and put together an assessment along with a proposal for the job and send it out to you 3rd and final we collect payments for all new clients we require 50% down or all down after that we take pride on working long term with our clients so any job after going forward we will bill at a net 10 bases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As for the owners and operations staff we all have 7+ years experience in Law Enforcement Knowledge & Training Public Safety EMT First Aid and more as for our Officers they undergo as extensive training regarding the industry Law Enforcement Report Righting Medical and they train weekly
